Refund Policy:


* Clincs & Leagues

- Refunds and/or discounts will not be provided for missed sessions. Once clinic sessions are booked, the commitment is final, and any absence from the session will not warrant a refund or discount.


* Private & Small Group Training

- Refunds and/or discounts will not be provided for missed sessions. Once private and small group trainings are booked, the commitment is final, and any absence from the session will not warrant a refund or a discount. 

Rain Delay Policy:

* In the event of inclement weather or any unforeseen circumstances resulting in the cancellation of a session, we have a Rain Delay Policy in place. Missed sessions due to weather conditions will be rescheduled and made up during the following week of the initially projected endpoint for the clinic or training sessions. Our commitment is to ensure that you receive the full value of the sessions you have signed up for, and we will make every effort to accommodate any disruptions caused by external factors.
